The Older Persons Assessment and Liaison for Dementia team is routinely screening patients in Bournemouth hospitals to identify those that need assessment and management by an older person’s specialist whether it be therapist, nurse or consultant geriatrician. Read more »
The memory service provides all inpatients and outpatients with access to a pathway of care that delivers a rapid and competent specialist assessment for cognitive impairment and/or dementia as part of the clinical management of long term co-morbidities. Read more »
