Vision
The Network has set three strategic goals:
- To improve health and reduce inequalities in population health by focusing on the chronic diseases which make the biggest impact on mortality in the region
- To transform the quality and efficiency of health services in the network through supporting the development, testing and rapid adoption of effective service innovations whether developed internally or outside the NHS
- To generate wealth in the region and the UK by developing a wealth creation system
