The Adult Social Care Outcomes Framework (ASCOF) 2014-15 provides a clear focus for local priority setting and improvement that will support councils to achieve the outcomes that matter most to people.

The Framework gives a national overview of adult social care outcomes in 2012 to 2013 and aims to support councils to improve the quality of care and support services they provide in the 2014-15 financial year.
