Contracting for personalised outcomes draws on learning from
six local authorities who have begun to reshape their
contracts, processes, range of budget holding options and
relationships with the provider market to ensure that
personalised services are available for everyone with care and
support needs.
The report provides a summary of the contractual models identified, a framework for understanding the relationship between them and an account of the key messages for commissioners and providers.
