The NHS Leadership Qualities Framework (LQF) was launched in 2002 for senior leaders within the NHS.

The LQF is supported by a 360 review tool, designed to support individuals identify where their strengths and development needs align with the NHS Leadership Qualities.

This report evaluates of the impact the LQF 360 tool on the individual, the organisation and the wider NHS.
