Community Care wants all political parties to sign the declaration, which demands a full debate on the issue of dementia during the forthcoming general election.

Community Care believes that it is only by debating dementia that a democratic mandate can emerge to take the measures required to offer dignity to some of the most vulnerable members of society, appropriate support for their families and fairness for the care workforce.
