The Department of Health commissioned the NHS Conferation’s Mental Health Network to produce a report which would help set out a direction of travel for developing an outcomes-based approach to improving mental health. The report makes a number of recommendations for Government, the NHS Commissioning Board (NHS England from 01 April 2013) and emerging clinical commissioning groups.
