NHS Operating Framework 2010/11 includes dementia in the priorities section

The NHS Operating Framework for 2010/11 includes dementia in the priorities section, under areas to support local prioritisation (para 2.51 p 22). The NICE Quality Standard for Dementia is also noted in the table on p34.
