Who is it for?
This guide is aimed at those committed to leading an
outcomes-focused approach to social services, including team
leaders, managers and those in training roles. It is primarily
addressed at those working in adult social care. It will also
be relevant to those from other disciplines such as health
care.
How can it be used?
The guide provides a framework for training and is designed to
be adapted to the time and resources available. The audit tool
on page 8 will help those using the guide to identify which
sections would be most relevant.
