The NHS Information Centre for Health and Social Care have developed an update of Dementia Metrics for Health and Social Care Indicators covering all Councils with Adult Social Services responsibilities (CASSRs) in England.
Please note that these indicators have been derived using data from the Referrals, Assessments and Packages of Care (RAP) collection for the period 2005/06 – 2009/10, and dementia prevalence data from the Alzheimer’s Society that incorporates 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009 ONS mid year population estimates.
